1966年から1977年のイタリアにおける出版物を紹介する作品集。激動の時代であったこの時期に作られた新聞、雑誌、謄写版（ガリ版）、会報、パンフレット、エフェメラなどの印刷物をふんだんに収録し、当時のイタリアにおける背景を探る。革命的な活動の痕跡とも言えるこの印刷物は、失望を抱いた世代が自由と社会的創造の場として公共空間を占拠し抗議活動を行った時代の、政治的、イデオロギー的、カウンターカルチャー的な活動と結びついていた。本書では、ラディカルな芸術運動やリバタリアン（自由至上主義）的運動、「超政治的」グループ、オートノミスト（自治主義）など、変革を求める集団によって反体制的な編集室から生み出された600点以上の出版物の中から、選りすぐりの作品をまとめている。
