北アイルランド出身アーティスト、ナイジェル・ピーク（Nigel Peake）の作品集。フランス・パリの老舗ギャラリー「イヴォン・ランベール（Yvon Lambert）」で2019年9月に開催された同名個展に伴い刊行。本プロジェクトのために作者は古書をパリに持参し、白い紙をカバーにして本を覆い、その上から再びカバーを自身で描いた。本作は、展示された約100冊にも及ぶカバーの中から選んだ24作を収録。2019年11月にはUTRECHT（東京）での展覧会行われた。

「2019年の春から初夏にかけて、私はパリのリュクサンブール公園まで歩く日はいつも道すがら古書を買っていた。私が買った古書にカバーをかけて再び描いた本たちの『Library（ライブラリー）』は、『Librairie Yvon Lambert（リブラリー・イヴォン・ランベール）』という名の書店で展示されるのである。」- ナイジェル・ピーク

Book co-published by Yvon Lambert and Nigel Peake at the occasion of the exhibition at Yvon Lambert bookshop September 7-22, 2019. For this project Nigel Peake bought second hand books in Paris, covered them with white paper and redraw unique painted covers for each of them. The book published at the occasion of the exhibition showcases a selection of 24 artworks from the almost 100 books produced by the artist. A selection of original books will be presented at Utrecht in Tokyo in November.
