アメリカ人アーティスト、ダン・グレアム（Dan Graham）、イタリア人写真家、ガブリエル・バジリコ（Gabriele Basilico）による作品集。2011年4月から5月にかけてイタリア・ブレシアのギャラリー「Massimo Minini」にて開催された展覧会に伴い刊行された。
本書は、同ギャラリーを設立したマッシモ・ミニニ（Massimo Minini）の依頼で、二人のアーティストがブレシアの街で一風変わったコラボレーションを行い生まれた作品を収録する。イタリア人フォトグラファーとアメリカ人コンセプチュアル・アーティストによる対話を本の形で表現することを試みた本作は、2人の主人公によるディスカッションと、批評家でありキュレーターのマウリツィオ・ボルトロッティ（Maurizio Bortolotti）によるエッセイを掲載。先進的なデザインで装丁が施されこれまで発表されていない写真作品を収録した本書は、数量限定で刊行、コレクター垂涎の一冊である。
“Unidentified Modern City”: under this title lies a unique collaboration between Gabriele Basilico and Dan Graham around the city of Brescia, commissioned by gallerist Massimo Minini. The publication attempts to translate the dialogue between the Italian photographer and the American Conceptual artist into book form. It is accompanied by a discussion between the two protagonists and an essay by Maurizio Bortolotti.
