ドイツを拠点とするジョージア人アーティスト、アンドロ・ウェクア（Andro Wekua）の作品集。本書はジョージアで配布されている日刊紙、週刊紙、月刊紙、隔月刊紙を一年間にわたり調査した結果生まれたアーティストブックである。刊行物は作者やキュレーターの及ばない理由によって決して実現されることのなかったあるプロジェクトを準備するために蓄積されたものが用いられている。主に政治的なニュースを扱っているものの、ジョージアの首都やその他の地域の文学・芸術・文化も含むこれらの新聞や雑誌は2020年から2021年にかけて収集された。作者のコラージュ制作の特徴を見せる本書は、厳選された新聞の表紙や作者の個人的な写真をもとに、数時間で制作された100点の作品で構成されている。

ジョージア人アーティスト、アンドロ・ウェクアとジョージア人キュレーターのエレーネ・アバシゼ（Elene Abashidze）が本作のコンセプトを構築、装丁はドイツを拠点として活動するスイス人グラフィックデザイナーのダン・ソルバック（Dan Solbach）とフランス人グラフィックデザイナーであるエウェン・ギュエニュー（Ewen Guehenneux）が担当、プロダクションマネジメントをジョージア人キュレーターのニナ・アフヴレディアニ（Nina Akhvlediani）とダン・ソルバックが務めている。

Fieber is an artist’s book that came together in the aftermath of a year-long research into the daily, weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly newspapers distributed in Georgia. The publications kept accumulating in preparation for a project that was never realized for reasons outside the reach of the artist and curator. Mostly covering political news, but also literature and art and culture from the capital and other regions of Georgia, these newspapers and journals were collected throughout 2020 to 2021.

Characteristic of Wekua’s collage practice, Fieber consists of one hundred works, created in a span of a few hours, from the covers of selected newspapers and the artist’s personal photographs.
