アメリカ人アーティスト、ジェームズ・タレル（James Turrell）の作品集。2024年8月から11月にかけてスイス・チューリッヒの「Graphische Sammlung ETH Zürich」で開催された展覧会に伴い刊行された。

Today, James Turrell’s work is of particular interest because it has become a nexus for a wide spectrum of disciplines, including natural sciences. In his prints, as in all his works, everything revolves around the phenomenon of light.

There are points of contact with architecture, land art, astronomy, physics, geosciences, medicine, perception psychology and mysticism. Such aspects were discussed in depth at the international scientific conference.

How do geoscientists respond to James Turrell’s prints? What pictorial strategies does Turrell deploy in his work and how do these relate to architecture and landscape architecture? The findings of the conference at ETH Zürich in 2024 form the basis of the comprehensive volume of proceedings with in-depth essays and contributions.
